Growing up I thought there were two sizes for paint brushes - watercolor and “wallcolor.” Watercolor brushes were the brightly colored plastic brushes I was allowed to use for mixing all the colors in my paint tray into brown. “Wallcolor’ brushes were what my dad used for covering up what I did when I used my crayons on the wall.
