Suzen,

Thanks for the nice comment! I do think one of the travesties of adulthood is the loss of "rug time." I think the world would be a lot less hectic if we all took a short afternoon nap!

I like your perspective on gratitude, as well. Just taking a few moments each day to think of something we're thankful for does wonders at putting our problems into perspective.

Thanks for watching!

Thanks Tim. Glad you enjoyed the show. Jim Gaffigan rocks! Hot Pockets...not so much.
I will definitely be interested to hear what you have to say about the meditation experience. We all have so much noise in our lives I can't imagine that it couldn't at least do some good!

Hey Kim and Jason:

Thanks for an entertaining show. Jason I enjoyed your Abe Lincoln speech reference to sharpening the saw in order to become more effective. Also, I enjoyed your suggestions for clarity. In the past I have done some meditation in a previous yoga class and that really helped me achieve some clarity. I'm at a point in my life where, once again, I need to make some big-picture decisions and need clarity more than ever...so I signed up for a meditation class. I've only been to one, so I'll keep you updated here or on my blog. Oh, and I enjoyed the Jim Gaffigan clip. Well, my Hot Pocket is ready and I got to go. Thanks again!

LOVE the video! You two are just a hoot! I think your list of 5 things is spot on! #2 the Snack break - reminds me of "rug time" in kindergarden - I think I'd just add a few minutes of breathing deep since I'm too old to be gettin up and down from a rug anymore! Fresh air is a great suggestion too - when the weather is icky just some exercise does it for me - five or ten min. I'm either energized afterwards or really need a nap - I make both work for me, haha! And Jason, your brain dump - wow - SO necessary! I'm an early morning journal junkie and I loosely plan my day, or make lists of what I absolutely MUST do that day.

I have a "thing" about gratitude. I wake up each day with it - yes, glad to be here, world! Thanks for the opportunity to BE here! I also end each day with it - not as a critic bashing myself over what I did not accomplish, or how I may have done something better, but an honest moment of thanks for everything/everyone. Makes for a good nite's sleep!

Love you guys!
Hugs,
suZen
