The saying &quot;don&#039;t look down&quot; may be wise sometimes, but it depends on what you are looking down at. 
Seeing how far it is to fall can be devastating, but looking down at the beauty of the valley or to see the achievement of how far you&#039;ve climbed is wonderful....
