My imagination! I used to be able to make my Lego table come alive. I sat down with them the other day, but it wasn’t the same. It was as if they didn’t know me anymore! I wish I could have played like that forever…

I wish I could have carried over all those lazy summer days I had as a child. I spent my time reading, dreaming, socializing, playing jacks, and just getting completely refreshed before starting a new school year. My current summer looks nothing like that, but I long for one that does!

Well, that’s easy! RECESS (and summer and Christmas vacations!) I still do Christmas vacation, it’s called vacation time from work, but those 3 months off in summer sure would be nice sometimes!

I miss my barbies and being able to make believe with them. Make believe is so much nicer then real life.
Thanks

My sense of adventure was wonderful! I had the fortitude of someone three times my age. I wasn’t afraid of heights, of digging to China or what people thought of me! Holding back on life wasn’t something I even considered. Of course, we big people should be constrained and dignified. Most of the time, I care about what others will thing of me. Darn, it would be great to be 10 years old again. The tea parties in my parents’ Canna flower beds were fabulous. Love your mug! Thanks, Cindi

I wish I could have carried over the (nearly) total lack of responsibility that there is in childhood. No mortgage, job, taxes, even feeding the dog could be pushed off on someone else most of the time. No responsibilities meant that I could focus on the important stuff: having fun!

I wish I still had my energy level. I could run, jump, hop and play all day.

thumb sucking—because then I wouldn’t look so ridiculous biting my nails and having my fingers in my mouth as an adult!

I miss the holiday celebrations that happened in grade school. I remember how much fun the Halloween costume parades were. Who could forget the Valentine’s day card hand out where everyone had a paper heart envelope on their desk. I loved sharing stories of Christmas and seeing everyones new clothes. Of course we all made special Mothers day cards out of construction paper and don’t forget the “hand” turkeys. Such fond memories.
