One of my buddies and I shake away Adultitis by dressing strangely and messing with salespeople in the mall. We are in our 40’s, so we don’t exactly blend in with the teens. When the kiosk people try to make us buy their lotions, we have a plan. We make up our own language. “Lotion, ma’am?” he’ll ask. And one of us will say to the other “Bloken breeg da uffly!” Then stare at him. It’s silly and affordable fun. Playing Dare is awesome too, as I do with my kids. I leave out the Truth part. 2 nights ago with my kids we had a dance off for a nearby table and were judged. In the restaurant! Find the fun in your day. Lisa

Jumping on the bed!!! One good thing about being short is that I can still jump on the bed like I did when I was a kid–no worries about bonking my head on the ceiling fan! Those of you who got the usual growth spurts will just have to pull the mattress off the bed & onto the floor to get bouncy!!

I love taking pictures of stupid things with friends. Also, we will watch movies that we used to watch as children, such as the Care Bears movies!!! Heck ya! A lot of what I do with friends are great ways to cure Adultitis.

I love going to the gym to play basketball. I always feel better after a game. It’s a great way to get my mind off of the stress of my work.

Playing with my kitten usually does the trick. And the more baby-talk, the better!
