		<description>You hit the nail on the head when you said kids wouldn&#039;t find designing those shoes a waste of time.  How sad that fun and creativity are considered a waste.

Yet when employers ask about yourself for a job - don&#039;t they want these same qualities?  I need a candidate who is flexible, adaptable and open to change - that&#039;s your examples to the T, yet I wonder how many would get hired at a &quot;serious&quot; corporation?</description>
