Ya know when you’re shopping and you find a product that gets you so excited you can’t wait to show others your find? It’s so fun, isn’t it?! Well, this is how I felt a few months ago when I was researching new products to add to the Lemonade Stand. As many of you know we recently had our grand re-re-re-opening. One of the coolest things about being the “Director of Everything” for our company is the variety of things I get to do from one day to the next. Searching for new products is one of my favorite tasks.

We are not a “children’s store,” but we do have a children’s section featuring products that adults (who are young at heart) would love to buy. So, in other words, we are never going to be featuring bottles or potty chairs or anything else you’d find at Wal-Mart or Toys-R-Us.

Needless to say, I am excited about a new product I recently found.

Pee-Pee Teepees!

If you’ve ever had the privilege of changing a baby boy’s diaper you may have experienced a common challenge– dodging the bullet. Yes, there is something about that cold air that ignites that fountain of youth. Pee-Pee Teepees provide both a fun and functional solution. So many parents have used things to cover up the problem- cloth diapers, wipes, washcloths, metal shields, etc.

In case you’re still wondering, a Pee-Pee Teepee is the perfect answer to the sprinkling wee-wee! As if the function wasn’t enough, the designs are just plain fun- a Santa hat, clown hat, firefighter pattern (hose not included), cars, and airplanes. My favorite is the Santa hat! Don’t they just make you smile?!

I’m sure those with Full-blown Adultitis would have a hard time seeing the reason this product continues to make me smile, but I think it is products like these that help us not take ourselves too seriously. It’s important to add a little fun into our day-to-day lives, as a way of keeping our Adultitis under control. Speaking of keeping things under control, aren’t you glad someone thought of the Pee-Pee Teepee?!
